Party Booking

  • Either a non-refundable $400- deposit or full payment of your booking is required to secure your reservation.
  • Final numbers are to be confirmed and full payment made 7 days prior to your party. If you are paying by cheque, money order or bank transfer (EFT), please ensure that this is processed 10 days before the party to ensure funds are cleared.
  • Last minute bookings made less than 7 days prior to the party will require immediate payment via credit card via a payment link
  • Payment is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions
  • Game Space available times for birthday parties include:
  • Original Mode: 10:00 – 12:00pm, 11:00 – 1:00pm, 12:00 – 2:00pm, 1:00 – 3:00pm, 2:00 – 3:00pm, 3:00 – 4:00 pm, 4:00 – 5:00pm
  • Original Mode: 10:15 – 12:15pm, 11:15 – 1:15pm, 12:15 – 2:15pm, 1:15 – 3:15pm, 2:15 – 3:15pm, 3:15 – 4:15 pm, 4:15 – 5:15pm
  • The Single Party Room is shared between the Game Spaces so booking in early is important to avoid disappointment.
  • The minimum booking is for ten (10) guests.
  • If you are expecting sixteen (16) or more guests and a 15+ booking was not originally made, please ensure you contact us immediately to advise on availability. We may need to combine game spaces.
  • We cannot store food apart from cakes/ice cream cakes.
  • If ‘self-catering’ under no circumstances, will we allow open cups for drinks (The spillage is excessive)
  • Payments are final and cannot be refunded for cancelled parties or for any ‘no-show’ guests
  • Management Reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees if the party room is left in an excessively messy state.
  • We are not licensed. No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises.
