THE EXPERIENCE
What can I expect from the event?
You will be playing an “Among Us” style game but played in real life. Complete with tasks, vents, imposters and voting. We have additional roles of Jester and Sheriff to spice things up.
Before you arrive:
- After you book, you will be sent an email message to help you locate the venue.
In this email you will also receive a link which provides videoettes on how to do the tasks.
- Learn how to do the tasks to have the best game experience. Forward them to your friends and family to ensure they also can perform all tasks.
When you arrive:
- Our on-site staff will assist you to dress in the game gear.
- A 10 minute induction will assist players with “How to play the game” and help with tasks for those that didn’t watch the videoettes!
- A staff member will join you in the game to ensure your best possible game experience.
Where is the experience located?
The experience will take place in the car park across from ‘Orion Lagoon’ and near the TimeZone entry at Orion Springfield Central - 1 Main St, Springfield Central QLD 4300, Australia.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an air-conditioned indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
30 mins game play + 10 mins induction. Total 40 mins. Many customers bundle a second consecutive session to make the experience 60 mins game play and 10 mins induction. Total 70 mins. A 30 min game play session typically has 3 rounds of game play. A bundled 60 minute game play session typically has 6 rounds of game play and all players will have the opportunity to be the imposter.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
The venue is located at “Orion Springfield Central”, which is a shopping centre with several food options; see the full list of available options here, and please note the opening hours for each vendor.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we are located in the car park at “Orion Springfield Central” which offers free parking.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there virtual reality?
No, this experience is the opposite of virtual reality. You will be moving around in a game space that is like a “Star Wars” movie set.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience, although please do not wear open toed shoes.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
No, there will not be merchandise for sale at the event.
TICKETS
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please, arrive 5–10 minutes prior to the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible with ramps.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Smoking and vaping is not permitted.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue is part of the Orion Shopping Centre. Toilets are located within the centre—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is there a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience is suitable for guests aged 6 and up. Children under 10 must be accompanied by at least one adult on the premises. One adult is also suitable for groups of children under 10.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
