THE EXPERIENCE
What can I expect from the event?
You will be playing an “Among Us style game’ but played In Real Life. Complete with Tasks, Vents, Imposters and Voting. We have additional roles of Jester and Sheriff to spice things up.
Before you arrive:
- After you book will be sent an email message to help you locate the venue.
- In this email you will also receive a link which provides videoettes on how to do the tasks. Learn how to do the tasks to have the best game experience. Forward them to your friends and family to ensure they also can perform all tasks.
When you arrive:
- Our on-site staff will assist you to dress in the game gear.
- A 10 minute induction will assist players with ‘How to play the game’ and help with tasks for those that didn’t watch the videoettes!
- A staff member will join you in the game to ensure your best possible game experience
Where is the experience located?
Finding us (Once you are here): If you get lost, locate Dan Murphy's. Take the escalators next to Dan Murphy's to the second level and follow our signs.
Please ensure that you arrive 10 mins before your appointed time.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
30 mins game play + 10 mins induction. Total 40 mins. Many customers bundle a second session to make the experience 60 mins game play and 10 mins induction. Total 70 mins.
A 30 min game play session typically has 3 rounds of game play. A bundled 60 minute game play session typically has 6 rounds of game play and all players will have the opportunity to be the imposter.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
For general admission we do not sell food and beverage. The site has been strategically located near many cafes and restaurants. You have an abundance of food and beverage choices. For parties we have a caterer that brings in food as per our food packages.
Will you cater for allergies?
Unfortunately, we won't be able to cater for any allergies.
Is there parking available?
There are car parks available attached to the precinct. You can check park rates here.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
No, this experience is the opposite of Virtual Reality. You will be moving around in a game space that is like a ‘Star Wars’ movie set.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience, although please do not wear open toed shoes.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
No, there will not be merchandise for sale at the event.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach [email protected] with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
Do you offer press passes?
Unfortunately, there won't be press passes offered for this event.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please, arrive 15 minutes prior to the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible with elevator access available on site.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping is not permitted.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Carer tickets are only available mid-week, non-school holidays. We welcome groups but remember please arrange 6 or more players.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be accommodated for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue is located within The District Docklands and has access to those restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
Ages 7 to adult. Night Sessions are 14 plus - adult.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
